  3. Add chopped ginger and saute.Add chopped veggies and mix it. - I used carrot, cauliflower and peas.
  4. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala and salt and mix well. Add soaked rice and moong dal and water and mix it.
  5. Add mango pickle and cover the lid. - Cook for 2 whistles and leave for 10 minutes to cool down pressure.
