  7. Now take those 3 different size of discs & place them overlapping one into another (follow the picture).Now take a spoonful of chicken stuffing & place in the middle of the momo wrap. Now fold the wrap & secure the edges by pressing it with the help of ur finger. Now gently roll the momo one end to another & it will be creating a rose like structure. Roll the other dumplings following the same procedure.
  8. Now in a steamer keep all the momos & steam it up for around 20 -25 minutes with lid closed.Turn off the steamer but keep it inside the steamer pot until you serve it.
  9. Serve it hot with chutney or Sriracha sauce & enjoy.
