Instructions to make Ogbono soup:
  1. Perboil the okro and set aside
  2. Place a pot of Palm oil on a medium flame, allow it hot
  3. Pour in the ogbono into the oil palmoil,stir for 1-2mins den add water depending on the consistency of ogbono used with continuous stirring till well mixed…it should not be too watery and too thick
  4. Add okro,stir well
  5. Add all the proteins, crayfish,salt magi,pepper,ugu
  6. Cook for short period of time
