3. Now add cocoa powder, vanilla essence, vinegar drops and mix them again properly.
4. Now pour prepared batter into 2 paper cups.
5. Keep the cups in oven, microwave it for 1.5 -2 mins (time may be different for different microwave). After 1.5 mins check the cup cakes by inserting tooth pick in cake if tooth pick comes out clean it means cake is ready otherwise cook for another 20-30 secs.
6. Now keep the cup cakes aside and allow them to cool completely.
7. Mean while in another bowl, take unsalted butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder and mix them using electric beater till soft cream is formed.
8. Fill the prepared cream in piping bags and make different desings and fill the cup cakes.
