  1. Wash and soak dal for 3-4 hours.
  2. Then grind into smooth paste.
  3. Add refined flour and curd.Mix well and keep to ferment for 5 hours.
  4. Meanwhile make sugar syrup of 1 strand by adding sugar in 1 glass water.Add cardamom seeds powder in it.
  5. Now add saffron and colour soaked in water in grinded batter.
  6. Now add soda and fill in a sauce dispenser bottle and close the lid.
  7. Now heat the ghee in a vok and pour the batter in it making shape of imarati.
  8. Make all the same way till golden and crispy.
  9. Dip in sugar syrup for 2 minutes and remove in a plate.
  10. Serve hot.
