  1. Prepare 200 g Khoya
  2. Get 400 g Maida
  3. Take 350 ml Oil
  4. Prepare 200 g Sugar

  8. Get 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  9. Prepare Pinch Salt

Meva Bati is a rich north Indian mithai made by stuffing a mava based dough with a rich mixture of nuts and mava, and deep-frying the delicate, stuffed balls till golden brown. Instructions to make Mawa bati:
  1. Knead a dough with maida, pinch of salt and 100 ml water in a medium sized bowl. After that divide the dough into small-sized balls.
  2. Take the already prepared khoa and mix chopped dry fruits into it.
  3. Take 1 ball, make a small hole with index finger then keep on spreading until it gains a bowl shape. Then fill the khoya and close it by twisting and pressing it between your palms.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and side by prepare 1 string sugar syrup. Gently lower the mawa bati in hot oil. Cook it until it becomes golden brown in low to medium flame.
  5. After frying them put into sugar syrup and immediately transfer them in plate.
  6. Tempting MAWA BATI is ready to be served.
