  8. Mix thoroughly.
  9. You can use Uma (moi moi leaves) or Aluminum foil to cook the moi moi. Cooking in plastic or nylon is not advisable.
  10. Add water to a pot about quarter way filled up.
  11. Allow it to come to a boil.
  12. If you are using an aluminum foil container then oil the container before pouring the mixture in
  13. Add the filling of your choice to it. (I used boiled eggs)
  14. Cover it tightly with foil and place it in the pot.
  15. Cook the moimoi for 30-45 minutes or until when it is fully done.
  16. Use a fork or tooth pick to check if it is done.
  17. Serve and enjoy
