Add the cut vegetables, Mix black pepper,soya sauce, red chilli, salt and coriander and fry for 2 minutes. The stuffing to fill in the momos is ready (If you also want onion or garlic then fry them before adding the vegetables).
  4. Take the red part of dough and roll into roti of 9 diameter. - Now take white part and give the shape of cylinder to it and fill in red roti.Roll roti tightly covering white shape of cylinder. - keep the roll in refrigerator for 15 minutes and take out to give it rose shaped momos..
  5. Cut the roll into 12 parts.
  6. Roll each part into thin rotis.
  7. JOIN 3 rotis using water.
  8. Place ready filling in the middle and fold.
  9. Lightly press to secure filling.
  10. Roll to give the shape of rose.
  11. Similarily make all the roses.
  12. Steam cook for 15 minutes.
  13. Arrange on a platter garnished by green onion parts,serve with chilliy garlic sauce.
