Chop shaag.Wash thoroughly and drain water completely through a strainer.Heat oil and fry 2 broken red chillies.Then fry the peanuts and set aside.Sprinkle mustard and radhuni or paanch phoron and fry the minced garlic.Add sesame seeds.Then add the chopped shaag.Add salt and pinch of sugar and toss.Cook till shaag is soft and well fried.
  2. Add fried peanuts and dry red chillies and toss.Garnish with green chilli and serve with rice.
