Make ready 1 cup curd
Make ready 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder

Get 1/2 tsp Roasted crushed cumin

Prepare For (Ingredients Kesari Halwa):
Prepare 1 cup Rava (suji)
Make ready 1.5 cup water
Get 2 tbsp ghee
Prepare 5-6 saffron strands soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk
Take 2 tbsp sugar
Make ready 1 tbsp chopped nuts (almond, cashew, raisins)
Take For (Ingredients Jowar Puri)
Take 1 cup Jowar flour (sorghum flour)
Take 1/4 tsp salt

Add Makhana and potato water stir well cover and cook for 2 whistles. Ready.
(Namkeen Kaddu): Firstly, wash and peel it cut into small pieces. Now take a pressure cooker heat oil add cumin, methi seeds, red chilli fry for a second, add garlic, onion, saute for 3 minutes add tomato, green chilli saute for 2 minutes add all spices and kaddu pieces mix well cover and cook for 3 whistles. Garnish and Serve.
(Jeera Raita): Take a bowl whisk curd add red chilli, salt, chaat masala, crushed jeera mix well. Ready to serve.
(Kesari Halwa):- Take a non-stick pan heat ghee add Rava saute on low medium heat till Rava roast completely now add saffron milk mix well, add sugar, nuts and water mix well cook on medium to high flame stir continuously till thicken. Ready to serve.
(Jowar Puri): Mix together all the ingredients knead a tight dough by adding lukewarm water. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.
Grease a plastic sheet, take a small portion of dough spread into a small puri with your finger tips.
Heat oil in kadai, drop puri deep fry till crisp, Drain on kitchen towel. Ready to serve.
