Steps to make Momos:

1. In a bowl put refined flour and salt and make a tight dough..

9. You can use flour to roll the disc if required
10. Then stuff 2 tsp filling and close the sides by giving pleats or any shape you want.
11. Heat water in steamer or dhokla maker or idli maker and place all momos into it.
12. Cover it and let it steam for 20 minute or untill get done
13. It got transparency in outer layer.
14. Then take it out and serve hot with ur favourite chilli dip.
