  5. Start folding the pleats one by one. Towards the end, join the pleats in the center.
  6. Heat 2 cup water in the steamer. in a greased steamer pan place the momos. steam it for 10 minutes. when you touch the momos and dough isn't sticky to your hands that means it is ready to serve. also the momos will have a transparent look… serve it with red chilli garlic chutney.
