  4. Let the milk come to boil.After boiling add sugar.Mix very well so that all the sugar dissolves.
  5. Next add almonds &cashews.Mix well
  6. Then add cardamom powder.
  7. Cooks the kheer for 4-5 min more till the vermicelli gets cooked.when the kheer has cooked well it will also thicken &look creamy.switch off the flame & then add raisins.
  8. Serve vermicelli kheer hot, warm or chilled. Garnish with chopped cashews & almond while serving.Do note that on cooling the kheer will thicken.
