  4. Mean while for chutney: add all the ingredients into blender and blend them. Add water if required. Remove chutney in a bowl. For tempering heat oil in a pan add oil as oil heats add jeera and pour on top of chutney and mix them.
  5. Garnish hot idli with chutney.
