Steps to make Soya Chunks Capsicum & Onion Curry soyabeena badi ki sabji:
  1. Take bowl and add soya chunks. Add 2 Glass warm water. Rest 15 min. Cut to big pieces capsicum & 1 medium sized onions
  2. Cut all veggies
  3. After 15 min squeeze out all the water and add capsicum & Onion
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste,chilli,haldi,salt and curd
  5. And mix well and rest 10 min
  6. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Add ginger & garlic fry 1 min. Add onion and salt fry 2 min. Now add tomato & mix well
  7. Now add peanut and mix well and cover & cook 5 to 7 min on low flame.
  8. After 5 min remove to bowl and cool completely & grind. Take bowl and add all dry masale
  9. . Now add ¼ cup water and mix well
  10. Heat a bowl and add 1 tbsp oil and add merinated veggies and fry 3 to 4 min on medium to low flame
  11. Heat a same pan and add some spices and jeera
  12. Add dry masala paste and make x well and add 4 tbsp watre and fry 1 min on low flame
  13. Add paste and mix well. Now add ½ cup water and cover & cook 7 to 8 min on low flame
  14. After 7 min add kasuri meethi and add veggies
  15. Now add ½ cup water and cover and cook 4 to 5 min on low flame
  16. Add coriander and serve
