  1. Cut muskmelon from top. Scoop little Discard inner seed part. Scoop out whole fruit part,put in mixer jar. Add peeled and diced Alphonse mango,oats, yoghurt / fresh curd, honey also in mixer jar.
  2. Churn for few minutes till creamy mixture is formed. Add icecubes.
  3. Pour in muskmelon shell. Top with pumpkin seeds, almond flakes,melon seeds and sabja/ soaked basil seeds. Serve/ Relish Delicious Oats Muskmelon-Mango Smoothie immediately.

Adjust the amount of honey depending on the sweetness of the melon. I am making this smoothie more often nowadays, since it is mango season and i am loving it. You can add any of your favorite fruits and make this. I already have a strawberry oats smoothie & dates oats smoothie I loved my homemade oats flour, because it is so better than adding raw oatmeal in this.
