  9. How to proceed:
  10. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, Curry leaves, Hing, methi, onions and fry till pink.
  11. Then add the prepared paste, tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt and mix well.
  12. Add water for consistency and lastly add the stuffed brinjals,
  13. Cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes and lastly add kasoori methi and mix.
  14. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
