3. In a pan heat up oil and shallow fry the kababs and keep aside

5. Add salt haldi red chilli cumin coriander powder chilli flakes and then add yoghurt give a stir and cover it for 3 to 5 minutes on a low flame and make a smooth gravy.
6. Now add fried kababs into gravy and add 1 cup of water, give a stir carefully and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
7. Now add whole spice powder qasuri methi green chillies fresh coriander Julianne cut ginger and dish it out.
8. Garnish with lemon slices coriander and ginger and serve with paratha chapati or naan 😍😋❤
