Instructions to make Lobiya kadhi:
  1. Take a bowl for making mixture. Take besan, curt,red chilli and termuric powder and mix it well and add 2 glasses of water
  2. Heat the kadhai and pour some oil in it and add methi dana, jeera and put the chopped lobhia and let it cook for 5 mins and then put the besan batter in the kadhai. mix it well and it cook for 25 mins and during it add salt as per our taste.
  3. Take a mini fry pan for tadka. Pour oil in it and add rai,hing, curry leaves and red chilli and break it into 3/4 pieces. And add the tadka in the curry.
  4. Serve it hot with rice.

Sindhi Kadhi is very delicious and nutritious. This tangy Kadhi is made with roasted besan, (gram flour) and mix of vegetables. Traditionally it is served with rice and also can be served as a soup.
