  7. Pour into the prepared mold drop to remove the air, and bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 30~35 minutes.
  8. Stick it with a toothpick, and it's done if it comes out clean. Drop it to remove the air, flip it upside down on a cake rack, and let cool.
  9. Place into a plastic bag after it has cooled to prevent it from drying out.
  10. Please place the butter into the hot water bath that you used for the eggs in order to keep it warm.
