  10. Now for gravy, cut onion in big pieces and fry them in a pan till they become brownish.
  11. Now add tomato and fry them well.
  12. In a mixer grinder add fried onion, fried tomato, green chili, ginger, garlic and cashew and grind it well.
  13. Now take a pan, add oil and put it on low flame
  14. Add 1 pinch hing
  15. Now add the grind paste to the pan. Fry it well till you start seeing the oil
  16. Add 1 glass of water and let it boil. You can keep the gravy thick or thin as per your likings
  17. Your kofta gravy is ready now
  18. Add the gravy to the bowl.
  19. Cut the kofta into 2 pieces and place it on the gravy.
