  10. In another pan or kadai add oil, and ghee followed by whole garammasala, cashew nuts and raisins
  11. Add onion and cook till light brown colour

  14. Cook till oil separates from gravy now add fried gatta mix ncook for 1 min.
  15. Add remaining water of gatta, let it cook(double amount of rice)
  16. Once start boiling add rice,lemon juice and mix gently
  17. Cook on high flame for 10 mins
  18. After 10 mins when water gets dry add coriander leaves and keep onlow flame for 5 mins.
  19. Shahi gatta pulao is ready to serve with Raita.
