For the dough: Mix the warm milk and vinegar properly and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Warm milk curdles fast and gives better results.
In a parat take all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a hole in the flour and add the melted butter. After that add the mixture of milk and vinegar to it.
Now knead the dough from it, till you get soft and smooth dough. Almost 5 minutes have kneaded the dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Now again knead it for 2 minutes to get smooth texture.
For the filling: In a bowl take all the ingredients for filling and mix it properly so it becomes a smooth paste.
While shaping the rolls keep the cooker in which they are to be baked to preheat by placing a layer of salt at the bottom.
Final assembling: Now take the dough and roll it into a rectangle shape with thickness of 1/2 cm. Now spread the nutella filling on the rolled dough.
Fold the dough into book fold or three layers. Roll a bit so it ensures that the dough layers stick properly.
Divide the dough into 6 parts. Take each part and put a cut in the middle. Take care not to cut fully, the above part has to be attached. Twist this two parts and tuck both the ends at the bottom. Place the rolls in a steel vati. Similarly make the other rolls and place them in vatis. My cooker was small so baked the rolls in two batches.
Cover the cooker with it's lid without whistle. Let it bake in cooker for 20-25 minutes on medium flame. Similarly bake the other 3 rolls.
When the rolls are ready brush them melted butter and serve them. Have served it with cocoa powder dusted on the side!
