  1. Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add the Onion and green chilies let them Sauté. Cook the onion for around 3 minutes until soft and translucent.
  2. Now add potatoes, Salt & Cook well 4-5 mins. Then add Palak leaves.
  3. Close the pan with a lid and let potatoes cook for 6 to 7 minutes until almost done on low heat.Open lid and add Coriander leaves stir every 2 minutes or so. There shouldn’t be any water left at this point.
  4. Serve aloo palak with a side of roti or with rice.
