Fold in the rice until well mixed. Season to taste with salt, then allow to cool to room temperature before serving.   6. Transfer this along with some salt to the yogurt and rice and mix well
  7. People add grapes as well to yogurt rice, so if you fancy that you can add it too
  8. I garnished it with some freshly coriander leaves and made some curried potatoes

The final dish will still be equally delicious. For extra flavor and flair, Robert Edwards of Oakland serves his Ghanaian Peanut and Spice Lamb Skewers (Yaazzi) with this nontraditional sauce. Rinse the rice with cold water and tip it into a small pan. Divide the rice between a couple of warm plates. Top with the spiced yogurt chicken and serve.
