  3. Pour a teaspoon of oil on the sides and let it cook for 2 minutes. As soon as it cooks on the lower side. Flip it over and let it cook for 1/2 a minute on the other side too. Add a tablespoon of chopped onions to the cooked dosa and serve.
  4. Make all the dosas similarly and enjoy with any chutney of your choice.

I added only one garlic clove but the daal still carried great flavor. Very thankful to you for this recipe.
