  4. Put cooking oil in a frying pan, fry some of the onions till they've browned, then add tomatoes and the spices. Stir until it forms a thick gravy.
  5. Add the pojo, carrots and potatoes in turn. Stir the mix, then add very little water & let it simmer for a while.
  6. Add the green pepper and the remaining onions and stir, then after a while add the dania into the mix.
  7. Let it simmer for about a minute or three, then remove from the fire and serve with your favourite starch. I did rice.
